Payment Due: Full payment must be made no later than 4:00 pm (PT) on Tuesday February 26, 2013

Payment Methods: We accept cash, cashier's check, wire/bank transfer and credit cards.

Removal: All items must be removed no later than 4:00 PM(PT) on Friday March 1st, 2013.

Removal Assistance: Northstateauctions will assist wih loading items in this auction.  Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
