By order of the Bankruptcy court we are auctioning off an entire Smokehouse Restaraunt. 

Every thing will be absolutely sold to the highest bidder regardless of price.  

Take a look at the Rotisserie smoking oven but we have everything from the napkins to the kitchen sink as well.  As I said we are selling everything down to the bare walls.

Fall Gun Sale, 8 Firearms up for Auction.

Up for auction just in time for Christmas are 8 different firearms.  These were sold in our previous auction, however for some reason, the bidder was unable to complete the paperwork to transfer the guns.  Their loss is your gain, you have another great chance to own one of these great long guns.  

Do Not bid unless you can pass a DOJ background check, you have an FSC and you have the funds to pay the invoice by the due date stated!

All guns will be legally transferred through our local FFL licensed dealer. There will be additional fees due to the FFL dealer that will NOT be on your Northstate Auctions Invoice.

FFL licensed dealer will be onsite during the payment time so you can fill out your paper work in person. You need 2 forms of ID for proof CA residency (ID & Auto registration or Utility bill works) & Firearm Safety Certificate (or hunting license for Long Guns). Firearms will be stored until the 10 day waiting period, you will pickup at the FFL Dealers place of business at 4514 Pacific Heights Rd. Oroville CA 95965.

You must be 21 to purchase a hand gun and 18 to purchase a long gun. There are no exceptions. Failing to read and understand the Terms and Conditions does not release you from the obligation of paying for your bill.

Please do your own research and understand the laws (State and Federal) for purchasing a firearm. Let's set us all up for a successful sale.

October Breaking Bad Auction

Our October auctions are always a festival.  This auction is no different,  we have items from a Bicycle shop, Big Box store returns, Estate Sale items,  Machine tools, Cars and trucks, even two boats are up for sale. 

Be sure to take a look at our Breaking Bad section.  We secured an estate from a gentleman that was legitimately employed as a chemist developing soaps and detergents.  Legitimate, yes, but I sure felt like I was on the set of Breaking Bad when I first looked in the laboratory.  Included are carboys, pipets, Flasks, beakers, test tubes, Centrifuges, Shakers, Bunsen burners, vacuum pumps, a balance, an industrial blender, a spectrophotometer, and too many other lab related items to mention.  

We also have two livingston boats, included in this sale,  If you don't know what a livingston boat is, you should check them out,  I am a believer in the concept.

Seized, Abandoned, and Otherwise Unloved, Firearm Auction

As a Red Blooded American Male, one of the things I love most, is shooting guns and firearms. .  A close second, is selling guns and firearms of any type. 

On auction, this month, are scores of awesome firearms for sale.  These firearms have been adjudicated, which means court released by law enforcement, and are now available for you to bid on and legally own.  The bidding starts at $5.00 and there will be no reserve, and all items will absolutely sell to the highest bidder.  

Our sister company is a Federal Firearms Dealer, so we are able to do all of the transfers, testing, and DROS here at our home office.  Pickup times for this auction will vary as the DROS process will vary for each potential winning bidder.  Please, if for any reason you are prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm, DO NOT BID! 

If any one has firearms that they would like to sell at auction, please contact me at 530-370-8444 so that I can arrange to put them in the next appropriate auction.

Alright! It is time for a fantastic second chance auction.  This will be a second Big Box Store Return Auction due to non payment of multiple invoices including a large invoice by one bidder in particular... Rest, and bid assured that the bidder in question was a real person and was checked through our credit card verification system, and was personally contacted,  so yes he is a real person.  Yes, his privilege to bid has been revoked.  

At Northstate auctions we take very seriously, people that bid with the intent not to pay their invoice.  This kind of behavior affects you the bidder, the consigner, and our business.  Northstate Auctions pursues any non paid invoice by, communicating with the bidder, charging relisting fees, unfortunately sometimes blacklisting bidders and rarely, legal remedies.  

We at Northstate Auctions want to give our customers the utmost confidence in the service we are offering. I wish to also personally apologize to you the bidder for the actions of a few people.  We are putting new features in place to restrict this behavior in the future.
